Book Chef Thomas by the hour for whatever the night asks: meal prep for the week, an intimate dinner for a few friends, a cooking lesson, or a hand in your kitchen when you just don't feel like cooking. How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2 to 4 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially for weddings and large corporate events. However, we understand that plans can come together quickly, so please do not hesitate to reach out even on shorter notice. We will always do our best to accommodate your request.

What areas do you serve?

Chef Thomas serves clients throughout the Netherlands, with primary focus on Amsterdam, Haarlem, Zandvoort, The Hague, and surrounding areas in North and South Holland. Chef Thomas is also available for engagements internationally — including the United States, the Caribbean, and overseas — for private dinners, events, and residencies. Travel and accommodation costs are discussed during the consultation.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Absolutely. Chef Thomas has extensive experience accommodating vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, halal, and other dietary requirements. Allergies are taken very seriously and discussed in detail during the menu planning process. Every guest at your event will be well cared for, regardless of their dietary needs.

What is included in the price?

Our pricing typically includes a personal menu consultation, all ingredient sourcing and shopping, full meal preparation on-site, professional plating and service, and complete kitchen cleanup afterwards. You simply enjoy the evening. Specific inclusions vary by service type and will be detailed in your personalised quote.

How many guests can you cater for?

Chef Thomas can accommodate events of any size, from an intimate dinner for 2 to large-scale celebrations and corporate galas. For events exceeding 50 guests, we coordinate with trusted professional service staff to ensure every detail is executed flawlessly.

Do you provide tableware and service staff?

Yes, tableware, glassware, linens, and professional service staff can all be arranged upon request. We work with a trusted network of event professionals to ensure your event runs smoothly from start to finish. These services are quoted separately based on your specific requirements and guest count.
